This four-session virtual course gives detailed instruction and guided practice in the gentle, yet powerful circular movements unique to Tai Chi. You will learn a set of movements to practice on your own which includes the elements that make Tai Chi work for health. Suitable for all ages and abilities and held Thursdays in June at 7 pm.
