Taking on the Iditarod with Kari Gibbons

Minnesotan Kari Gibbons will speak about her experiences as the first woman to finish the 2025 Iditarod and the fourth in its history. Her 1000-mile journey on foot took 27 days through the harsh conditions of the Alaskan wilderness.

Ultramarathoner Gibbons’s story is about endurance, joy, perseverance, art, creativity, community, and mentorship.
