Pan-Handlers Concert

Experience the sweet, lively sound of the steel drums, which evolved from old oil barrels to the beautiful instruments we love today. Enjoy traditional steel pan tunes along with popular songs from The Beatles, Guns N’ Roses, and Prince. All ages.

This event is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant provided by the Traverse des Sioux Library Cooperative, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
