DESCRIPTION:In this beginner hands-on sourdough class\, you will be practicing all of the steps of baking a successful sourdough bread. Starting with feeding a starter and leaving with dough ready to go in the oven\, this class will teach every step. You will also learn about the tools needed for sourdough baking\, hand shaping the dough\, the proofing and baking process\, starter maintenance\, and what to do with sourdough discard. Leave with an active starter\, recipes\, and the dough to bake two loaves of bread. Please bring a small mixing bowl to bring dough home in.
